- Order & Transaction Records: Purchased products, quantities, invoices, transaction IDs, and wallet payment logs (we do not store raw debit/credit card CVV or PIN numbers).
- Communication Records: WhatsApp messages, call-to-order requests, and customer support queries.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information strictly for operational and customer service purposes:

- Sending SMS / WhatsApp updates regarding order shipment, delivery status, and verification OTPs.

- Improving platform speed, search relevance, and product availability for farmers and pet owners.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Information is only shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary to fulfill your purchases:
- Logistics & Courier Partners: Delivery partners receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver parcels.
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay): Secure, PCI-DSS compliant encryption for processing card and UPI payments.
- SMS & Notification Gateways: For dispatching one-time login passwords (OTPs) and shipment tracking links.
4. Your Choices & Data Rights
You maintain complete control over your account and personal details:
- You can update your name, email, or saved addresses anytime in your Account Profile.
- You can download or export your account activity and order invoices.
- You may request permanent deletion of your account and stored contact details by visiting your Account Settings or contacting our grievance officer.
