Welcome to Anifurr("Anifurr", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer

3Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on Anifurr are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice.
• Payment options include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards via secure payment gateways, Anifurr Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
• An order is confirmed only once payment verification is successfully received or COD confirmation is recorded.

4Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver veterinary supplements, heavy cattle feeds (e.g. 20kg–50kg bags), and pet supplies across India through trusted logistics partners:

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on delivery location and distance.
• Bulk/Feed Deliveries: Heavy feed bags may require specialized freight transit which could take 5–9 days to remote rural farming regions.
• Customers will receive real-time SMS and tracking updates once parcels are dispatched.

5Return & Refund Policy

Due to strict health and veterinary hygiene standards, our return policy is governed by the following rules:

• Damaged / Incorrect / Expired Items: You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery by providing unboxing pictures via the Orders page or by contacting customer support.
• Opened Products: Once a medicine seal, vaccine vial, or feed bag has been opened or unsealed, it is non-returnable to prevent contamination.
• Refund Timeline: Once an approved return is inspected and collected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source or immediately to your Anifurr Wallet.

6User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile OTP logins, account passwords, and wallet balances. Any activity occurring under your authenticated credentials will be treated as authorized by you.
